AGRIWORK helps European farming adopt new technologies by training agricultural workers to use them safely and effectively.

As robots, sensors and intelligent software become part of daily farm work, workers, technicians and farm managers need practical skills to work confidently alongside them. The project combines a skills assessment to identify current and future competence needs, an adaptive online platform that adjusts to each learner’s level and pace, and virtual reality training that offers safe, immersive practice for working with robots. These tools will be tested in Living Labs, real-world settings where workers, researchers and companies pilot solutions together. The aim is to strengthen skills, improve safety and encourage wider use of digital technologies in European agriculture.

Art’Terre’s role in this project is:

✓ Bridging agriculture and innovation technologies

✓ Training, Living Lab Validation and Pilot Demonstrations
