Art'Terre Barbazan is an association based in Vic-Fezensac, France, founded in February 2026. It promotes art, culture and ecology through innovative initiatives that encourage knowledge-sharing, creativity, and exchange across disciplines, countries, and urban and rural communities.

The association pursues these aims by organising events, talks, courses and debates, producing publications, and creating opportunities for people to learn from one another.

Membership is open to all individuals and organisations who share its purpose, whether they wish to take part in activities, contribute actively to the association's life, or offer their support.
Decisions are taken collectively at the general assembly, and members of the board serve on a voluntary basis.
