IMMERSIVE EDUCATION EXCHANGE
Welcome to Bit's'n Pieces, a vibrant yearly art and community residency in Barbazan for actors from the fields arts, design, science and ecology. Participants immerse themselves in 7 days of workshops - learning and teaching in exchange with others actors and sharing skills in a selforganize and transdisciplinary exchange. Set against a backdrop of natural beauty and equipped with a variety of spaces, the residency offers the opportunity to design a program showcasing the individual talents and art forms each participant contributes.

LIVING CRAFT! residency
BETWEEN SCIENCE AND ART
Living art! is a residency with a focus on interdisciplinary research on natural phenomenas through the lense of arts, craft and horticulture. It is open to professional artists and other actors who research the natural world with artistic or design practices. Each year, the residency offers a new thematic focus and selects 1-3 artists from all disciplines to work on this theme at Barbazan for a period of 1-3 months. CREATIVE CAREER PREPARATION
Welcome to the Visual Crafts Residency, a dedicated preparation program for aspiring visual arts and design college applicants. This program is tailored for young artists seeking to develop their unique portfolios and discover their personal visual signature. Led by Lisa Ghio, a seasoned designer and illustrator with extensive experience in visual communication, participants will receive expert guidance to navigate their first steps toward a professional art career. Join us to sharpen your skills and cultivate artistic identity.

CONTINUING EDUCATION EXCHANGE
Erasmus+ is the EU's program to support education, training, and youth in Europe. It places a strong focus on social inclusion, the green and digital transitions, and promoting young people's participation in democratic life. An Erasmus+ in Barbazan can be completed in the fields of art, ecology, agriculture, or social design. Funding can be applied either by the students themselves or through an annual call for applications by Barbazan. The duration of the Erasmus+ program in Barbazan can vary between 1-12 months and can be tailored to individual interests. For more information, please contact us directly by email.
